Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough: Add the peanut butter, agave/maple syrup (or honey), and gluten-free oat flour to a mixing bowl. Mix until a uniform, moldable dough forms.
2. Shape the Cookies: Roll the dough into balls and then press them down slightly to form cookies.
3. Set the Cookies: Place the cookies in the fridge for a few minutes to set.
4. Top with Chocolate: Melt some dairy-free, refined sugar-free dark chocolate.
5. Top each cookie with the melted chocolate and any other toppings of your choice.
6. Serve: Once the chocolate is set, enjoy your cookies!
