Ingredients
2 cups Lactose Free Greek yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
2 tablespoons agave/maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries/blueberries/raspberries/blackberries)
1/4 cup granola (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.1.
3. Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt.
If using, sprinkle the granola, chopped nuts, and chia seeds on top.
4. Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until the yogurt is completely solid.
5. Break into Pieces: Once the yogurt is frozen, remove it from the freezer and break it into pieces.
6. Serve and Store.
