Ingredients
For the Bark:
2 cups Lactose FreeGreek-style yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
1-2 tablespoons pure agave/maple or honey (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (non dairy & refined sugar)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Yogurt Bark: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the dairy-free yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle spoonfuls of the Healthy Nutella over the yogurt and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect. Sprinkle sliced banana and dark chocolate chips evenly over the top.
2. Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is firm.
3. Serve: Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Feel free to adjust the toppings or ingredients according to your preferences and to add 30g of protein to make it more protein and control your glycemic index!
